Delivery Times & Personalised orders

  • All "in-stock" items are generally ready to ship and will be dispatched 3-5 business days following receipt of payment. In some rare cases, the item you order may not be in stock if this is the case you will be notified immediately and a full refund/exchange option will be given.

  • Please note all personalised orders are made to your requirements and therefore are not available on a next day service, please allow up to 10 - 14 working days to receive all personalised items. Any custom-made garments are strictly non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing Fault. No refunds can be given once production has commenced.

  • All club orders are manufactured to order and are non-returnable and non-refundable except for manufacturing faults, please allow 6 weeks from remittance for these orders to be delivered.

We guarantee your satisfaction.

If for any reason you would like to return your item for an exchange or refund,

please return the item unworn and in perfect condition, including all tags, hygeine strip & original L Star packaging/ Bag within 7 days of purchase.

​

Any item that has been worn cannot be accepted for a refund.

​

All leotards are quality checked before they are shipped out.

​

If your Leo has a Manufacturing fault we will repair the fault where possible or issue an exchange for the same item.

​

Personalised or custom made items are non returnable so please make

sure that you order the correct size, colour & spelling required.
